does not exceed $5500. "Bingo is a game of chance where
the players are awarded a cash prize for being the first to complete
a specified arrangement of numbers on pre-printed bingo cards from
numbers selected at random." |

Open Ticket |
Break open
ticket lotteries where the tickets are not sold in conjunction with
another gaming event. "Break open tickets are instant win
lottery tickets commonly knows as pull tab, nevada or break open
tickets." |
| General
Policies |
- Licences are issued to charitable
organizations that are home-based within the Town of Arnprior.
- Participants in any lottery must
be at least 18 years of age
- Organizations must be in existence
for at least one year before being considered eligible for
licensing.
- Lottery proceeds cannot be used to
start up a charitable organization
